Furlong Lab LLC is the data controller for 352 Lab. Contact us about anything on this page at info@furlonglab.com.

If you join the waiting list, we hold:

• your email address
• whether you confirmed you are 18 or over
• whether you asked to be emailed when membership opens
• which page you joined from, and the date you joined

If you hold a membership, we also hold:

• a display name, if you give us one
• a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot see it or recover it
• your membership tier, account status, and the dates you joined and last signed in
• a record of sessions issued to your account, including the browser you used, so you can be signed out everywhere if needed. We store a one-way hash of the session token rather than the token

We do not collect payment card details. When paid membership opens, payments will be handled by a payment provider and card details will go to them, never to us.

We do not ask for your date of birth, address, or any betting account details, and you should not send them to us.

• To run your account and keep member content behind a login. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
• To confirm you are 18 or over. Lawful basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interest in not providing gambling-related content to minors.
• To email you when membership opens, if you asked us to. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose faults. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure service.

We keep the list of third parties short on purpose. Currently:

• Vercel, who host the site. Our deployment is pinned to London.
• Neon, who host the database.
• SportMonks, who supply football data. They receive no information about you. Requests for fixtures are made by our server, not your browser.
• Resend, who will deliver email when we start sending it.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to bookmakers or affiliates.

We set one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, is HTTP-only so scripts cannot read it, and lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels, so there is no consent banner to click.

• Waiting list entries: until membership opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask to be removed.
• Member accounts: while your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return.
• Session records: they expire after 30 days and are cleared periodically.

Published selections and their results are part of our public record and are never deleted. They contain no personal data about members.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing email at any time.

Email info@furlonglab.com and we will action it. We do not charge for this and we aim to respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, the last reviewed date at the top will change with it, and members will be told about anything material.
