352 Lab is operated by Furlong Lab LLC. Where these terms say we, us or our, they mean Furlong Lab LLC. Where they say you, they mean the person using the site or holding a membership.

352 Lab publishes football research, match data, and a record of selections made by us in the past. Everything on the site is information and opinion.

It is not, and must not be treated as, any of the following:

• financial advice, investment advice, or a regulated service
• a tipping guarantee, or a promise of any particular outcome
• a betting service. We do not accept stakes, hold funds, or place bets on your behalf

Any decision to bet is entirely yours, made with your own money, at your own risk.

Selections published on this site are our opinion at the time of publication. Odds move, team news changes, and results are uncertain by nature.

We publish a complete record of past selections in points, including the losing ones. That record describes what has already happened. It is not a projection and does not indicate what will happen next. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future results.

We make no promise that you will profit, and you should expect losing bets and losing months.

You must be 18 or over to hold a membership or to join our waiting list. By using the site you confirm that you are.

If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and refund any unused portion of a subscription.

You must also be legally permitted to bet where you live. Gambling law varies by country and it is your responsibility to know your own.

If you have self-excluded from gambling, through GAMSTOP or any other scheme, please do not sign up. If you have already, contact us and we will close your account and refund the unused portion.

Memberships are personal to you. Accounts are currently created by us by hand rather than by self-service signup.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access and we will reset it.

Sharing an account, or redistributing member-only content outside the site, is grounds for us closing the account without refund. The content is the product, and passing it on devalues it for every other member.

Membership terms, prices and billing arrangements will be set out here in full before paid membership opens. Until then, access is provided at our discretion and nothing is charged.

When paid membership does open, we will state the price, the billing period, how to cancel, and what happens to access when you do, before you are asked to pay anything.

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it. Football data comes from a third-party provider and can be delayed, incomplete, or briefly unavailable. Scheduled maintenance and outages happen.

We are not liable for a bet you did or did not place because the site was slow, down, or showing stale data. Always check prices and team news with your bookmaker before staking.

The writing, analysis, published record and design on this site belong to us. You may read it, and quote small extracts with attribution. Republishing selections, scraping the site, or reselling access is not permitted.

Football data is licensed from our data provider and remains theirs.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the site. You bet with your own money and you carry that risk.

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account.

We may close an account that breaches these terms, in particular account sharing, redistribution of content, or abuse of our staff. We will tell you why.

We may update these terms. The last reviewed date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If a change materially affects members, we will tell members before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
